Notice how tables can be used to organize information on a Web page. An additional formatting tool is to nest or place a table within a table.

To place a table within a table:

1. Click the cursor inside the cell where you want to place the new table.

2. Click on the New Table button.
   The Table Properties box is displayed.

   

3. Set the Table Properties.
   Refer to Design the Table Using Table Properties for more information on using Table Properties.

4. Click on OK
   The new table is displayed

Sample Table: Table 1 has no border and contains the blue, pink and green cells. Table 2 has no border and contains the red and yellow cells.
